Our 12-week Storytelling for Development Programme begins June 21, 2025.
This programme is designed to equip passionate student journalists and communication students in Nigerian tertiary institutions with advanced storytelling techniques, digital journalism tools, and ethical reporting practices. It places a strong emphasis on inclusive storytelling for development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be student journalists or media students enrolled in a recognised tertiary institution in Nigeria.
- Applicants must commit to publishing at least one story per week (individually or in a group).
- Must be available to attend one-hour virtual sessions, three times a week.
- Female students and students with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
Benefits

- Selected stories will be published on CSDI’s website and partner media platforms.
